By creating an account or using SnapCook ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. The Service

SnapCook uses AI to generate recipes from food photos, ingredient lists, and cooking video links. Results are AI-generated suggestions and may not always be accurate. Always use your own judgment when cooking, especially regarding allergens, food safety, and dietary restrictions.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for any activity that happens under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including uploading illegal or harmful content, attempting to reverse-engineer the app, or using it to harass others. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Your Content

You keep ownership of the photos and text you upload. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to generate recipes and provide the Service to you.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Recipes are suggestions, not medical or nutritional advice. We do not guarantee the accuracy, safety, or suitability of any generated content.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SnapCook is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
